We say these things because they 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘮 motivating… but on top of typical diet programs which already feel like a punishment, we are now punishing ourselves even more by delaying the things we want.
Mike started dating me when I was at my heaviest weight. He loved me when I was 30lbs heavier than I am right now.
You don’t need to be at your weight goal to start living life. You can have all of those things now.
